三叶青种类、分布及现状

    除正宗的紫藤三叶青外，经野外多个地区考证发现在我国纬度27.30南面的福建、湖南、四川、广东、广西、云南的部分地区生长着另一品种的三叶青＜目前尚少有相关报道和文献记载＞。现就二种三叶青的异同加以阐述。
    纬度27.30度以北的江西、浙江山区成熟期三叶青靠近根部藤的表皮颜色为紫褐色（简称褐紫藤三叶青），属正宗品种。另一品种的三叶青其藤的表面颜色为青白色（简称青色藤三叶青）。二者生长地域界限分明，不混合生长。但二者的繁殖方式、生长习性相同。叶子和果实的外貌大致相同。它们的不同之处在于：除藤的表皮颜色不同外，青藤三叶青叶片较长大，藤本较粗壮，块茎个体较大（最大的可达400克/粒），肉质微黄、略苦，有一纤维状的筋贯穿块根中心；块根表面有多个乳状突起，少有呈葫芦状的。青藤三叶青分布地域较广，生长旺盛，产量较高，数量较多。

    经检测二种三叶青块茎内部成分及药用功效有较大差异，不可混为一谈。经临床应用比较，青藤三叶青块茎性寒，药用功效不如紫藤三叶青好，用药量大会有毒副作用。正宗的紫藤三叶青块茎数量稀少，价格很高，药效神奇而极其珍贵。当前市场上销售的三叶青饮片及制剂都是青藤三叶青的块根。大货的三叶青往往是土栾儿块根冒充的。
